4. FAX or Mail Ordering
 Send a payment directly to our store. If you choose this option, you will be forwarded to an invoice that you can print and fax to us with your credit card information or you can send it to us via snail mail with your check or money order payment. We accept Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Money Orders. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

Items are
shipped FedEx. Items are
shipped three day mail unless otherwise
specified. Any item $500 and up has to have
signature required for delivery which is $2.75 per package.
WEassume full responsibility for
the item until it arrives into your hands. Any
parcel losses are processed by US. In the event that a parcel is
lost your account is immediately credited the
full amount including shipping. STANDARD PRICING FOR SHIPMENT IN THE USA:
Insurance costs 35 cents per $100 (eg. $1000 cost $3.50)

Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy
All items come with a "5 Day Return Policy", unless item is altered. You do not need to write any long letters. Just simply write RETURN on our thank you form and send it back. YOU assume all responsibility for returned items until they arrive into our hands. DO NOT FORGET TO INSURE THE ITEM!!! The cost is usually thirty five cents per $100.00. The average mailing cost is between $4.00 and $12.00.

What steps are taken when I purchase an item?
When an item is purchased a complete file is created with the item stock number and your personal information. A form is sent to the jeweler so that the item can be pulled from stock, if no adjustments are needed a purchase request form is sent to the accounting department. Your credit card information, check, etc... is then processed. Upon approval a formal receipt is printed with the date, your name, and item stock number. A form is then sent to the shipping department. The item is carefully packed into a presentable box with a certified appraisal on every item purchased for $200.00 and over, your receipt, a thank you letter and return information.
Can I Have it Gift Wrapped?
Yes! We would be happy to gift wrap the item(s). If we gift wrap an item there is an additional $5.00 charge per item. The item is mailed to the specified address with a note from you. We will write anything you want. Receipts are packaged separately and mailed to you via regular postal service
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Coyle Wholesale Jewelers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Coyle Wholesale Jewelers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Coyle Wholesale Jewelers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
